“The gentleman (I know his name but, unsure as to how to spell it) that works there everyday, is amazing, I couldn't ask more from him. He's so very, very helpful. He has brought any of my shopping to my home after the shop closes, if I can't manage to carry it all. As I'm chronically ill, he won't let me carry my basket, around the shop if it's starting to fill up. He truly is an amazing guy. There needs to be more people in this world like him. Thank you so much for all your kindness towards me, It means such a lot to me....”

“I have been using Recent Beans for nearly 3 years now, the service is brilliant, you can tell the care, love and passion that is put in. More importantly than that the coffee selection is amazing, in scope and quality. One thing I need to add is that I have had to switch to decaf recently, and i spent ages searching for a decent Instant (to no avail) as our stock of the good stuff was used, then we switched to the Recent Beans decaf, all i can say is wow its amazing!!! So coffee lovers or decaf hunters this is the place for you I honestly can not recommend their service, there decaf or their other coffees enough”

“Spoke to the very nice and helpful Georgina this morning who explained everything about my order so I knew everything might not be exactly as pictured on the website. Then the delivery man very kindly brought the flowers and chocolates inside for my mum as they were quite heavy and she uses a walker. She is delighted with everything and so am I. “My phone had a screen damage from a washing machine accident. The technician was very professional and gave expert advice without sugar coating anything. The phone was still a bit wet but he managed to dry it and change the screen within a few minutes. Will definitely keep in mind if I ever have further tech hardware issues.”

They was very helpful and dispatched the replacement the same day as my call. This arrived the next day ahead of when I even expected it. Packaged very well. Very easy to deal with.
