“I often buy my gadgets from Cash Generator. Not just for me but my family also. If possible I will always go to the one located in Castleford. Although it's not so close to me the people there are always very friendly and know their stuff. No-one more so than Troy. I was there again today and was helped by both Lewis and Troy and they are a great act with great affability but we generally go to see Troy as he is so knowledgeable, will always give honest, fair and easy to understand advice. I value his opinion greatly and has never steered me wrong. My kids love him as he is "funny". I very rarely write reviews as I never know how well they are perceived. In fact less than 10 my whole life I think. Good service requires good reviews. I want this to be seen as a fantastic review if only to mirror the service I received today. I always recommend Cash Generators over the other similar stores purely for the great value and honest reliable stock. Not forgetting the easy atmosphere. Many thanks once again guys.”

“I ordered some Type 1 to be delivered on the Friday, however they managed to deliver it a day early. A special mention however, must go to the delivery driver who went above and way beyond. I was stuck in bad traffic and unable to be present. The driver called me and went out of his way to ensure the delivery was made even though the access was limited. I sadly didn't get his name but I hope his bosses appreciate his outstanding work. Thanks again”

“Absolutely great customer service from Brannan at Castleford. I called not really knowing what I needed, hired a large dehumidifier which dried out my plastered room a treat. Refund of deposit made straight away (not "it'll be 7 days" like a lot of businesses). Great service all round, will definitely use again and would highly recommend.”

If you park in the Orange car park they are just under half way round (going right when you enter the outlet on the left side). “Just spent the best part of an hour in here. Sally was extremely helpful from start to finish. First of all, persuading my partner to try on a different style of jeans than his go to style. Then sharing so much of her knowledge with me about the women's jeans and which might suit me best as well as being encouraging with my lack of confidence on sizing. She threw a few curveballs in that I loved and probably wouldn't have considered without support!! Throughout this experience Sally was attentive towards the pair of us grabbing different sizes and offering her thoughts on how the jeans fit, whilst also being excellent towards other customers and running round the shop keeping it tidy along with her colleague whose name we didn't get. Overall a brilliant experience, we will be returning but maybe once our bank balance has recovered!!”
