Cafe and toilets plus kids park, really good few hours! Car park nearby (I parked in morrisons as shopping after) and you can walk around the outside, on paths and over the road.”

“Was fortunate enough to catch this gem of a pub before it's demise really can't understand how a pub with great music reasonable priced beer and decent staff can't stay in business . Was made really welcome as an out of towner. If I'd gone to this boozer first I would have stayed all night.”

“Had a delightful meal here recently, staff couldn't have been more welcoming or accomodating. We forgot to specify that we were booking for a meal so there wasn't supposed to be food on that night but one of the staff swapped into her chef whites & cooked us up a delicious feast. Would absolutely recommend, baked camembert (both flavours) & the mussels were spot on!”

“Lovely nature reserve to walk around. Good walking shoes/boots needed as the terrain is very varied and can be quite slippery if its been raining. But would definitely recommend.”

“What a fantastic restaurant! We were a table of 17 and despite the numbers all the food was brought out efficiently and correctly. The food was delicious, and the staff ere lovely. “Had a great time here today. Got here for 10am and parked (£3.00). Two outdoor parks one free and one £3 for over 2s. Not quite sure why you need to pay for this park but anyway we did and the beach and water was great too. Says no paddling or inflatables but no one took notice.”

“This pub is local to me but I never really go in when passing by. Today I thought I’d give it a try and it did not disappoint. I had the hot beef baguette with home made chips (which is something you don’t see much these days) which was really tasty with generous portion sizes. Great value, and the staff were really nice too. I will definitely be coming here more now. I sat outside, but the pub was really nice inside too.”

“Perfectly baked pizzas made with heavenly soft dough and incredible cheddar cheese. The toppings are top of the range and fresh. You can clearly tell the dedication this place has for making excellent pizzas. Reyt av ran out of shit to say.”
