Anyway, my son has a car now and my husband took him here yesterday and again they were lovely. I heard the reports. Previously as a single female ( before ever meeting my hubby) they have always treated me with respect and told me what's going on with my car , been polite, considerate and generally lovely and given me good advice as to which tyres I've needed. The dudes fit the wheel with an impact gun not a torque wrench.”

“My 2008 Discovery has a rather chequered history with very bad body/paint repair jobs. The most recent was my own bonnet clear-coat respray attempt! It was truly terrible. I was very embarrassed about it. I took it to Mitch last October and his team worked absolute wonders! Following that I booked it back in for a roof respray in May. Again, the craftsmanship was second to none. They even installed brand new bonnet "Land Rover" lettering on that occasion, which was a nice finishing touch to October's work. My Discovery looks immeasurably better and the whole car looks like it's been VERY well looked after from new.”

“Where to start? Loved our experience with this garage from start to end. We saw a car advertised by them online and booked an appointment to go see it. We turned up around 3 hours late due to unexpected personal circumstances and it was no bother at all. They handed us the keys, said take your time and look around it and let us know if you need anything. They then allowed us to take it on an extensive test drive and when we got back we agreed we wanted it and paid the deposit. They told us that we could collect the car in a weeks time as they (without requesting it) would put it through a fresh MOT, Service and full valet for us. Our saleswoman was not in the slightest bit pushy nor tried to force products on us once. She sent an email with the extended warranty details for if we wanted it and there was no further suggestion of extras which we really appreciated. Upon collection the handover was seamless and we were at the garage less than 15 minutes! When we test drove the car there was an issue with the front parking sensors of which we raised to them when paying the deposit and they said they would look at it while they had it before we collected it and if it wasn’t something they could sort, they would book it into a main dealership and have them fix it for us. When we collected the car they arranged a time and date for it to be booked in to the main dealer and told us they would collect the car & drop off a courtesy car. Due to work commitments I explicitly stated I needed it early in the morning and the delivery driver turned up at 7.30am with the (very nice!) courtesy car and took ours away. Alice kept in contact with me the whole time and gave me updates consistently. Once the car was returned to them, they were in the process of organising collecting the courtesy car from us and dropping our new car back but I was able to be in the area sooner than the expected delivery date so was able to pop in and pick it up. Overall 11/10 experience and have recommended to pretty much every person I’ve spoken to since to buy their next car from here. Lovely sales staff, great customer service and high quality cars. We will be back in the future!”

Showed me the damaged flywheel while I was there. Took several hours as I expected as it was a labour intensive job. All completed successfully using a proper clutch kit and allowed me to drive the 200 miles home again. Very much appreciated. Would recommend to anyone.”

“My journey started in the spring of 2022 after I had placed an order for the Tesla Model Y. Technologically the car is amazing, however, they could've made some improvements on the design. I decided to Google, and I came across many car customisations in London and Manchester, that looked great for what they could do, but just too far and they never really had time for me. Then I thought, let me try local and came across Kings Kustomz, in particular Noor. From the start when I spoke to him, bearing in mind that I could be waiting a long time for delivery as I had just ordered, and I explained this to Noor. Yet he still went through the colour wraps with me and sent me images to my phone. He also got back to me when I sent messages, quite promptly. To me, this showed, genuine good service. From that point onwards we were continuously discussing body kits, wheels, interior, etc. I hadn't placed a single order yet with Noor and at any time I could’ve just went with someone else, yet he happily gave me all this free advice on look, style etc. After finally getting the car delivered in March this year, I dropped off to Kingz for them to work on their magic. Noor would send me continuous feeds on the progress, I would always be updated, so nothing is a surprise. If something did not look right or if they felt something looked better, then Noor would always provide his personal advice even if it meant it would cost less for them. He would always search and find the best value for the best look and quality. The relationship was very professional, but at times it also felt like family, based on regular feedback beyond the call of duty. When the car was finally finished, I don't even need to tell you on the impact this had on me at first glance, I was just blown away on the quality of the work. One word describes everything that they have done and that is "Outstanding". This is how the car should have looked from the showroom. The pictures speak for themselves. I highly recommend them.”

“I got my tyres changed here on a Saturday a few weeks ago. Whilst the staff were very busy, they were friendly and helpful and replaced my tyres on a timely manner. When I collected my car, as the tyres were a challenge for the technicians to remove, one technician was double checking the new ones were seated correctly before I drove the vehicle away. I really appreciate this attention to detail and care given the tyres are the only thing in contact with the road when driving. I would recommend this garage if you want work done on your vehicle with care”
