Never used this service before so was nervous sending the part away, but honestly fantastic customer service and turnaround time. Posted my part Monday am, arrived with them Tuesday am, they had it repaired and back in the post within 2hrs, and I installed it back in on Wednesday lunchtime. LR wanted £500 for a new part that would’ve taken a week to order in, I’ve paid £150. Great comms throughout, and most importantly the car works perfectly now. Fantastic value for money… will 100% use again.”

“I took my ford fiesta in today for an MOT, I hadn’t pre booked but they had space. The receptionist lady was lovely, and I spoke to two other gentlemen who were helping around and who had explained the advisories on my car. The processes was quick and easy, even though they looked busy. As a young woman who’s been to other garages, I felt comfortable here and I wasn’t spoken down to, which is really important. I saw the other review where the gentlemen said that the car should have come back in a cleaner state, the garage had obviously taken the criticism on board as the seatbelts in my car were buckled and there was no mud or dirt around. - although this doesn’t matter to me, it’s nice to see an attempt. Overall a great experience and I will definitely go back.”

“I have been taking my Saab to Bond Street Motors for years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. These guys know their stuff, do a great job and seem very reasonably priced. They also take time to explain things in simple terms to people like me. A couple of days ago my car wouldn’t start and so I called my homestart company. They said it wasn’t the battery and told me they had charged the battery but it needed going in. Bond street told me to bring it to them and said it was probably the battery. I dropped it off and soon had a phone call saying a battery was on order and I could pick it up in a couple of hours. Thank you all so much.”

“After reading all the negative reviews, I decided to try my luck and went to MERC Assist on last Thursday. I had issue with my Mercedes GLC read end getting drumming noise when drive on the pavement. Owner of Merc Assist - (ASH) personally diagnosed the issue and within 15 minutes he has fixed the issues which many of the other garages couldn't fix it. He was very professional and genuine guy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommended this place and I would say ignore all the negative comments.”
