“We purchased a second hand X Box which had an undiagnosed problem with the wireless controllers connecting. This is something that would not have been obvious in checking whether it worked. After problem shooting we returned the console to CEX. I think the two gents who served us were Cory and Raheem (apologies, it was a couple of weeks ago and I forgot to write the names down). Anyway, the two gents were brilliant. They took it in for a diagnostics session and when they realised they couldn't fix it they proactively sourced another replacement. When we returned from a coffee shop they clearly explained all our options. When we confirmed we wanted to get the newer console they checked it extensively to make sure the problem did not affect the replacement console before we took it away. Their attention to sorting the problem quickly, effectively and to our satisfaction was well received. The communication to us throughout was also appreciated. We would definitely recommend the shop and we found the staff extremely helpful”

“After two years of use, the official screen protector, for inner folding screen of the my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5, started to bubble and peel around the crease area. Booked an appointment with the Samsung Experience Store @ Leicester, where store assistant Asmaa helped me with the replacement screen pro process and paperwork. Excellent service, very clear information given, process was easy to understand, and I was well looked after. The overall repair/replacement of that inner screen protector for the folding screen was fast too, within 45 mins. Absolutely recommend to go to this store for its great customer service and for Samsung repair issues and resolutions!”
