I found every thing I was looking for and due to a sale some of the items were even cheaper than I had expected. Not only was she knowledgeable but was more than happy to help me add additional flowers to the bouquet. When re-wrapping the flowers she was happy to change the wrapping to be more fitting for a funeral. She was extremely friendly and according to the badge on her top ‘new to the team’. The recipient of the flowers loved them and I am extremely grateful for the assistance of this staff member to help put a small smile back on my friends face after losing her mother. Sometimes the little things mean a lot so thank-you.”

Wanted some bird seed and the female assistant kindly went to the stockroom and fetched 2 massive bags back. They weigh a lot! Then we were having problems with the self checkout and a lovely lady assistant put all our purchases through for us. We had a laugh and a joke with her. I wish more shopping experiences were like this!”
