They were caring, calm and professional and when I came round they had looked after my Grandaughter so well. “Thank you for the feedback, We are not greedy at Family cellar however we get charged as well for providing pay point services however customers are our priority and we have tried to get rid of this service however some regular customers require this service. We have only been charging for 3 weeks as a trial and obtained feedback from our customers and have now got rid of the charges. We take Feedback very seriously and understand what you are saying . We have already been working on this and our contract with pay point ends in October and so from then we will no longer be providing this service. Customers always come first at Family Cellar.”

“This COOP is not your typical convenience store but more like a supermarket. There is a large variety of goods which include electrical. Also there are in store toilets which include a disabled. The mens were very clean which you don't see enough of nowadays. Parking is excellent with hundreds of spots so no need to worry about parking bumper to bumper, and getting to the store is very easy as it is situated next to major routes.”
