Posted my part Monday am, arrived with them Tuesday am, they had it repaired and back in the post within 2hrs, and I installed it back in on Wednesday lunchtime. LR wanted £500 for a new part that would’ve taken a week to order in, I’ve paid £150. Great comms throughout, and most importantly the car works perfectly now. “I took my ford fiesta in today for an MOT, I hadn’t pre booked but they had space. The receptionist lady was lovely, and I spoke to two other gentlemen who were helping around and who had explained the advisories on my car. The processes was quick and easy, even though they looked busy. As a young woman who’s been to other garages, I felt comfortable here and I wasn’t spoken down to, which is really important. I saw the other review where the gentlemen said that the car should have come back in a cleaner state, the garage had obviously taken the criticism on board as the seatbelts in my car were buckled and there was no mud or dirt around. - although this doesn’t matter to me, it’s nice to see an attempt. Overall a great experience and I will definitely go back.”

I was very embarrassed about it. I took it to Mitch last October and his team worked absolute wonders! Following that I booked it back in for a roof respray in May. Again, the craftsmanship was second to none. They even installed brand new bonnet "Land Rover" lettering on that occasion, which was a nice finishing touch to October's work. My Discovery looks immeasurably better and the whole car looks like it's been VERY well looked after from new.”
