“Jasmine is an excellent therapist. I have had a few therapists in the last 20 years and she by far is the best. She has used EMDR therapy on me and I am seeing excellent results in myself i.e I am noticing a change in certain behaviours and thought processes that I wasn't happy experiencing due to experiencing and living in an abusive environment as a child. She has a person centred and very compassionate approach which has made me very comfortable in opening up to her.
