“Raven is very happy again after today's visit with Martin, she hates the vets but loves Martin and very happily goes in to see him. I've been using Chine for a very long time and whilst I've heard they aren't quite as cheap as others I'd never swap the 5* treatment my dog gets from there. They have in house testing and they staff their own overnights and emergencies. You get a vet 24/7 365 and never get passed on and charged extra. She's had a couple of operations which I was in bits over as she has epilepsy but he reassured me both times and personally did the surgery and she was absolutely fine. Never had a problem there and would never go anywhere else as I love and value my dog so much. I'm editing my review to say I sadly lost my beloved Raven a year ago. Took me this long to be able to talk about her. The service I received was second to none. No being transferred to other vets for out of hours problems and Martin stayed to talk to me and went through every test they had, sadly the epilepsy and heart murmur just kept fighting each other and she didn't come back out of it that time. He helped her go for her eternal sleep and we couldn't have got through it anywhere else or with anyone else. I could tell he was also upset. Sorry it's such a sad update but it times like that where you really need a vet who really cares and you can totally trust. They organised a private single cremation and I'm off to find my tissues.”

My cat had been spade but wouldn't keep on the cone on her head and she ended up opening up her wound, they took her back in and put clips in and put a baby grow type cover over her so she couldn't reach the wound, during this time I became very stressed about it all and they calmed me and reasurred me which really helped, I would recommend this veterinarian practice to anyone looking for a vet! They are kind caring and supportive to their tiny customers and big ones too.”

“Free Wills month I'd heard about free wills month from a friend and thought it sounded like a bit of a con. So I thought I'd investigate further. I found Jones and Duffin were offering this service, so I booked an appointment to see them. I saw one of the solicitors (Mehreen) who immediately put me at ease and explained the service. It turned out to be not a con but a genuine service that solicitors offer. The only thing that they ask for is for you to consider leaving something in your will to a charity. Mehreen discussed the will with me, taking notes of my requirements and making some suggestions that covered things that I genuinely hadn't thought of. The will was drafted up and emailed over for review and comments. A final copy was then produced for approval, and an appointment was made to sign the documents. Overall, it was a rather painless and stress free experience. Something I'd definitely recommend Jones & Duffin to do for you.”

It really was a home from home and the staff cared for him like their own. I was even impressed at how well he developed his name writing and phonics skills, which showed when starting school this year! I can’t wait to start sending him to the holiday club too as he is looking forward to coming again.”

I was buying my first property (apartment) which came with many complexities around being a leasehold, maintenance fees, EWS1 etc. and some existing damages that needed to be accounted for prior to completion. They couldn’t have been more helpful, professional, efficient, and friendly. They made the process far less stressful than what I was expecting and in reality, they made it a breeze! I really believe they always had my best interests in mind and everything in hand from start to finish. When any disruptions came up, they dealt with urgently, efficiently and always called back when they said they would. I was even hit with sudden overspend fees from the property management company over 9 months after completion for a period where I didn’t even own the property, that should have been dealt with between the previous owners and the property management (property managements fault.) A quick call and a couple of emails to Darshna & Jo, and they worked hard to recover the fees successfully from the previous owners within days, and at no additional cost. Absolutely exceptional service. Every person I spoke to when contacting Frisby & Small was friendly, always passed messages on and ensured I got a call back when needed. Without a doubt, I 100% recommend Frisby & Small and will certainly be using their services in future. 10/10.”
