I’ve had a number of personal trainers over the years and I can honestly say that she is features as one of the best I’ve had! From my initial discussions with Annie over the phone when deciding on who to go with, to meeting her and having my sessions, the level of service I have had has been outstanding! Annie motivates, supports, encourages and understands your goals and what you want to achieve and really puts in her all. Annie continually checks in to make sure we are both on the right page and working towards the same goal! Her friendly nature makes training all so very comfortable too! Thanks so much Annie!!! All your efforts are so greatly appreciated!”

“I booked a gait analysis this morning which was completed by Sam. Sam had a great knowledge of which shoes would suit my running form and was able to advise me on the correct sizing. The customer service was excellent and what I thought would be a tedious experience was a great one! I have just used the voucher given in-store to order my size of trainer online. Super easy & I would highly recommend!”

“Nice friendly club with a local feel. Guest ale weekly to go with the resident Bass ale. Best snooker tables in Leicestershire. Live music most Saturdays. Has BT Sport and Sky Sports. So summer covered for cricket, Rugby and cricket world cup on screens.”

“A great open hall that is great for a party, meeting, dance class, comedy nights etc. The bar is run by the rugby club and has a great atmosphere when the game has finished and the lads come in for a drink and the drinks are not to expensive.”

“Went to the Feel Good Quiz yesterday, not your usual quiz, so much fun! The host Sunny was amazing, great crowdwork getting everyone involved, loved the first music round, excellent start to get everyone into the quiz and format! Really great atmosphere, everybody was having a blast! A special shout out to the bar staff Scarlett and Bernard who were going around and making sure everyone had a drink on hand or anything else they needed! Will definitely be coming back for this next week!”

“Excellent club was only there for a charity function but what a place to hold it. It was just brilliant staff great bar prices very good. Very family orientated from what I saw going on in the other room. Would recommend the club for any type of function.”

“A small hotel in a quiet country location. Great customer service from Chris who made me feel welcomed and at ease when I arrived. Room was perfect for my needs and it was lovely that one of the cleaners called Pauline offered me room service in the morning as I wasn't expecting it. A very nice place to stay if you're in need of some peace and quiet.”

“Great place for a good night out. They had bingo tonight. The staff and committee are lovely people. We dont live near there but travel to visit. Unfortunately, the club is suffering as are most businesses from lack of custom. They have followed social distancing guidelines so if you are a member, please support your local club or lose it. Due to covid they are not accepting new members.”

“Had my wedding reception here. The owner and staff were lovely, so helpful with everything. The venue was clean including bathrooms and a cheap bar. What more could you ask for?”

“Had a lovely Sunday dinner there last weekend, which is a pre-booked event. But usually book the place for family events and celebrations. Well stocked bar, decent sized rooms and reasonably priced to hire. Has a mini stage which we've had bands on or Djs for our events. Staff are friendly and accommodating with reasonable requests.”

“Amazing team working together to support new students. Well regarded university. UofL turned down the offer of joining Russell Group in 1994. Russell Group - a tiny group that few universities joined doesn't make them better universities. It's the care and support that university provides their students that makes them a better university. The facilities and the communication that makes them a better university. Which this university ranks at the top in, but NOT those in Russell Group. They are just a show off without much student support. Stop being fooled into that union. Pick a uni that will take you a long way. Would recommend this one.”

“Had great night out. Large place with different sections to a very large area. Dance floor, stage. Bar, seating. Snooker tables and other pub games. Something to entertain everyone. Staff and customers very friendly. Excellent evening out with kiddies.”
