“I attended the Widnes Drop in Centre today, 29 September 2025. I found the staff to be dedicated, helpful and friendly, they gave me good care, dressed my leg wound, issued me with penicillin, and other relevant meds and sign posted me to use Treatment Room Care for further fresh dressings. There was however a shortage in staffing levels so the staff on duty were obviously under pressure. I can confirm that if anybody has had bad experiences it is not because of the lack of dedication from the staff, they must be run off their feet because it was very busy and I did have approx’ a 2 hour wait to be seen.”

I thought this was some kind of new craze but honestly after the advice on how to use the hot and cold therapy available I went down and I walked out of there like normal.
