“I attended the Widnes Drop in Centre today, 29 September 2025. I found the staff to be dedicated, helpful and friendly, they gave me good care, dressed my leg wound, issued me with penicillin, and other relevant meds and sign posted me to use Treatment Room Care for further fresh dressings. There was however a shortage in staffing levels so the staff on duty were obviously under pressure. I can confirm that if anybody has had bad experiences it is not because of the lack of dedication from the staff, they must be run off their feet because it was very busy and I did have approx’ a 2 hour wait to be seen.”

Very relaxing and informative session. Ached for a day or 2 afterwards which I was told was normal, advised to drink lots of water to flush my muscles. no issues with head aches since and really helped my back, will defo be using again!”
