The support, empathy, and guidance offered by the sympathetic and caring staff were exceptional. With their help, our daughter progressed into a mature, healthy, and independent young woman. They also dealt and communicated with the outside family in a very supportive and respectful manner. “I have read many poor reviews and I have friends who are also with this surgery and heard some poor experiences, but to be honest, they all seem to be over pretty minor points. I can only speak from my own experiences and, on balance, think it's a really good surgery. I had a fairly serious issue on Sunday, on Monday I completed the patches form at 08.00, by 8.30 Dr Sendegeya had phoned me and I had an appointment to see him at 10.30 that morning. By 16.00 I had a call to arrange an MRI for Wednesday, the same week. I couldn't of asked for better care. I think the triage system worked very well for me on this occasion. Long may it continue. Thankyou”
