Not far from the canal boat museum, Anderton boat lift, Chester - use park and ride just 3 miles away, Port Sunlight garden centre, museum and art gallery and Blakemere Village just a few miles from the Anderton boat lift.”

“What a fantastic place this is. We found it by accident and were not disappointed. It is run by volunteers for the community. It needs all the support it can get. Had a lovely breakfast made and served by lovely people. If we lived nearer this would definitely be our local. Please support”

“Always a great place we visit every year. The owners are very welcoming and always go out of their way to help. Caravans and lodges spotless and I love the fact WiFi isn’t so easy to connect too so a bonus for us. This is a gem of a place for peace and quiet and to escape the hectic world we all live in. Will definitely be going back and staying for longer. We have 2 children and they enjoy it every time both are in their teens. A real chance to talk and be a family connected with old fashion values. Get a board game out or go for walks together this is a great place to do all that and more.”

As the food I’ve had to put my dog on to isn’t readily available in many places I contacted Mark on Thursday morning to ask if he could get it, Friday morning he delivered it to my door. He gave lots of support as the kitchen is not in this area, finding an excellent local fitter. The whole process was seamless as a result of Danny and the Chester’s teams’ diligence. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and the cost was about a third less than competitors. I highly recommend Wren Chester.”

“I’ve no idea about the store in general. The cafe upstairs though is great. The ladies who are often run off their feet so a great job. They are always personable and professional. The cafe is spacious and you don’t feel crammed-in like you do in M&S and Dunelm. Best cafe on Croft for sure.”
