“We were almost at a point of giving up having visited the 'large' and well known national kitchen companies - no one could seem to grasp the concept of designing a space suitable for our needs as a young family - we were then introduced to Grappenhall Kitchen Company and our enthusiasm for kitchens was re-invigorated. From the outset, Neil and Carole impressed us with their design skills and refreshing concepts. Absolutely nothing has been too much trouble for Neil when there was an amendment or 'tweek' to be made - the finished product is brilliant and we're absolutely made up with the end result. We have no hesitation in recommending this great company.”

“We had the Cheshire Kitchen Company completely refit our kitchen in 2018, and it still looks as good as the day it was done! It was completely stripped back to bare walls and floor and they worked well with our other contractors on the installation of underfloor heating, prior to the kitchen being done. The work was completely steadily and as fast as was humanly possible. They kept us up to date at all stages. The quality of the furniture is top notch, and completely bespoke, so you can have whatever you want or need. Proper old-fashioned craftsmanship. One big advantage with a painted kitchen is that it is easy to touch up dings and knocks, which is partly why it still looks so good. Matt and Ellie have continued to be very helpful since with aftersales care, including making some spare doors at my request to match the existing ones, after we had a minor leak from the dishwasher that caused some water damage. Once the kitchen was completed we realised we just had to have the utility done as well, because the quality was so much better than what we had - The utility had been redone by Dream Doors only 2 years before, but that was a very poor job and a waste of a significant amount of money. So all in all, the Cheshire Kitchen Company comes highly recommended if you want the best. You get what you pay for with them.”

He gave lots of support as the kitchen is not in this area, finding an excellent local fitter. The whole process was seamless as a result of Danny and the Chester’s teams’ diligence. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and the cost was about a third less than competitors. I highly recommend Wren Chester.”

“While my boyfriend and I couldn't find the type of sofa bed we were looking for, I still wanted to write a review because we received EXCELLENT customer service and help from Jack. He took the time to really understand what we were after. Unfortunately, even though it was great to learn that your sofas are customisable, there just wasn't a model that included the features we were after AND could fit in our tiny seating area. But still, it was a good experience. We went to 5 different furniture shops today, and it was the best service we received”

“Ormishers fitted a new ensuite for me in May 23. They were helpful at all stages of the remodel including supporting us to choose the tiles etc. The estimates given were promptly sent and the actual cost was value for money. I liked how I could visit their shop to ask questions and to see a wide range of flooring and wall choices. We waited a long time to have the refit but this was clearly explained to us at the time of booking and it reflects their popularity. I will certainly use them to have my kitchen redone. I feel a relief knowing that I have found a company that I can finally trust 100%. The workmen who came were courteous and good humoured. My neighbour had used Ormishers for a new kitchen and en-suite and the stunning results is what led us to book them. This company will restore your confidence in having work done in your home.”

“We had a great experience at store, we bought a couple nihon chef knifes thanks to Giovanni. Giovanni was really helpful and knowledgeable about the different series and how differed. He explained the process of how you would maintain a knife, recommending us wet stones for sharpening. He gave us a demo of how it was done and even let me try.”

“I’ve no idea about the store in general. The cafe upstairs though is great. The ladies who are often run off their feet so a great job. They are always personable and professional. The cafe is spacious and you don’t feel crammed-in like you do in M&S and Dunelm. Best cafe on Croft for sure.”

“We are so pleased with our kitchen from White Feather Design. From start to finish the process was made easier for us by the excellent staff, Paul and Craig and the kitchen fitters. We went in with a few ideas and Paul came up with a fantastic design. Nothing was too much trouble and they even came back in to refit the kick boards after the floor had be laid. Excellent service.
