“Great overnight stay on the way to Scotland. Well maintained site with water at each pitch. Super views. Lovely animals, Highland cattle, sheep and two friendly Shetlands. Watched the skines of geese flying over here.”

“I needed a wheelchair at short notice. Due to my condition I was not able to go and collect it myself. I spoke to Sarah who said that they did have a wheelchair in stock which would suit my needs at a very low price and went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver it to me for no extra charge. “This place is wonderful! Great price for the stay, well worth it. The included breakfast was phenomenal. The grounds are breathtaking. The gym and leisure club (pool, steam room) were very nice. The sauna needs (technical) work, because it wasn’t really heating well. Did not have a chance to place golf, but it looked to be in pristine condition, and challenging. Rooms are clean and very well kept. The towels were plush, pillows and beds very comfortable.”

“Always a great place we visit every year. The owners are very welcoming and always go out of their way to help. Caravans and lodges spotless and I love the fact WiFi isn’t so easy to connect too so a bonus for us. This is a gem of a place for peace and quiet and to escape the hectic world we all live in. Will definitely be going back and staying for longer. We have 2 children and they enjoy it every time both are in their teens. A real chance to talk and be a family connected with old fashion values. Get a board game out or go for walks together this is a great place to do all that and more.”

“Great place to take your dogs nice views plenty of space for your dog to run around. I've only used the road side field. Only bad point is is that some people who take there dogs there don't pick up there dog mess. Last time I went there was quite a bit, there's poo bags hanging up on the fences and 3 bins in that field people to lazy to pick up after them selfs”

“Great place to walk or just let the kids play in the trees. Rock climbing in the quarry if you know what you're doing. There are some lovely walks from Pex Hill into the village of Cronton. Quite a good spot for photography too!”

“Wow where do we start. We can certainly tick off all of the boxes above. We dined at the chesire branch for fathers day 2025. After looking at the menu I knew it would be the best place for myself, my husband and our 2 children aged 1 & 4. We had travelled 2 hours for a weekend in chester therefore I couldn't bring with me any decor for fathers day, the amazing manager Laura instantly gave us a balloon to take away and the most amazing and welcoming service, infact every member of staff we interacted with were so pleasant. The restaurant clearly went above and beyond to ensure everyone there enjoyed fathers day and any other occasion they may have. The food was really good and left us wanting more even though we were full. The staff were amazing with the kids, which actually led mummy and daddy enjoy their meal. This does not happen often, so a very special thank you!! Thank you las iguanas cheshire for really making our evening, and giving us an amazing fathers day evening. When visiting chesire again, you will be the first on our list!”

“Very delicious Italian restaurant, it is in a very good location, convenient for dining with friends. No matter, Pizza or pasta is good taste. The staff are warm, friendly and attentive. I had the risotto and tomato pasta which were rich and tasty. I will come again.”

“Food was excellent as always. Went there with some of our friends celebrating their sons birthday. I asked the staff for a cake and candle as a surprise. They came promptly with the cake and sang happy birthday to him, didn't even charge for the cake. Thank you to everyone at Nandos, we had a great time.”

“Had a great experience at TGI Fridays today! I ordered the beef tortillas, pasta and fries everything was delicious. Our server Sophie was amazing, so friendly and attentive. It was my birthday and the team made it really special with a free cake, a cute balloon hat and a fun birthday song! Great atmosphere and great service. Highly recommend!”

“Great value pub grub, they do non alcoholic pitchers for £5.99 and 2 for £12.99 mains. Trifle baked Alaska was nice and tangy. Don't forget blue light card for 15% off food if you have it. Ordering from the app was easy. Food came out hot and quick. Cheap and cheerful.”

“Son had a laser quest party here yesterday and it was great. Kids loved it and we thought it was great value for money. Would highly recommend, didn't have to worry about anything as everything was sorted for us. The staff hosting the party were all helpful and friendly!”

“I went into the store on the way home from a wedding to pick up some food on the go. I'm coeliac, so I asked whether they do gluten free sandwiches. They didn't have any, but the lady I asked has offered to make me sandwiches on tje back if I pick up some gluten free bread and ingredients. I was truly touched, it's so hard to grab food on the go that's gluten free. This was great customer service, keep up the good work!”

“I'm giving a 5* review how they dealt with a problem. We went through the drive thru and our meal was wrong (something missing), I spoke to the staff and she sent me straight to the front of the desk, just explained the issue and said it want a big problem we were just being lazy, getting out the car wasn't an issue! They were really apologetic and dealt with it immediately, it really wasn't a big deal - but the service was just great and instead of coming out frustrated because they're checking receipt and doubting what I was saying, they just dealt with it. Good customer service goes a long way. Nice work guys, and thank you”

“20 out of 10. Highly recommended. George the host very welcoming. Breakfast cooked fresh to perfection. Nothing was to much trouble. Bed perfect, beer on arrival if u want it, toothpaste and tooth brush in case you forget yours, shower perfect and u even got shampoo. He does his best to get you parked. And just to finish it off you are right in the town. Would certainly recommend and will come again. One of the best places we've stopped in”
