“Nice clean shop with good quality products, they sell a good range of products. However they only have a small amount of furniture in store. But a lovely shop. Wide Isles which are pushchair and wheelchair friendly.”

“Am absolutely delighted with the service I received by Danny at Wren in Chester. He really listened to what was needed and designed a perfect, stylish kitchen, maximising storage. He gave lots of support as the kitchen is not in this area, finding an excellent local fitter. The whole process was seamless as a result of Danny and the Chester’s teams’ diligence. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and the cost was about a third less than competitors. I highly recommend Wren Chester.”

“Me and my sister go quite often, usually once a week. The food is often nice (too nice, hence why we are now fat and broke,a Nandos diet is much needed). Staff are friendly, especially Lewis (pretty sure it is his name, apologises if not). He is always very friendly and has great customer service.”

“We needed somewhere to eat before visiting Chester Zoo lights and this was the closest place I could find, so we weren't expecting a great deal. This place far exceeded expectation, the burger we had is one of if not the best I've had and my 11 year old grandson told the waitress he would give the restaurant a 5 star rating. “If you looking to grab something to eat really quick, you should go to slims chickens. Was served by a lovely woman with black hair. We had 7 tenders meals and a honey bbq sandwich which was amaizing. Love it ! Fresh cooked chicken, app offers, lot of space inside and they also have a space outside for people that smoke or just want to stay outside. We also had biscoff shake. Was sooo delicious!!! Unfurtunally they don't accept dogs inside, only guide dogs or assisstance dog. Hence, we sat outside. For sure we'll be back.”

“Large spacious store with lots of goodies food ,cleaning stuff, appliances, furniture and fabric goods frozen foods a small amount of process foodstuffs (ham/cheese) but not much fresh meats... lots of parking trollies usually don't need a token can be sparce if busy”

“I’ve no idea about the store in general. The cafe upstairs though is great. The ladies who are often run off their feet so a great job. They are always personable and professional. The cafe is spacious and you don’t feel crammed-in like you do in M&S and Dunelm. Best cafe on Croft for sure.”

“While my boyfriend and I couldn't find the type of sofa bed we were looking for, I still wanted to write a review because we received EXCELLENT customer service and help from Jack. He took the time to really understand what we were after. Unfortunately, even though it was great to learn that your sofas are customisable, there just wasn't a model that included the features we were after AND could fit in our tiny seating area. But still, it was a good experience. We went to 5 different furniture shops today, and it was the best service we received”

“Can’t fault it! They allowed us to check our bags early, the room was big and clean and the bar area was lovely, newly renovated and styled well and comfortable. Most of all the service by all staff was excellent! Especially Tommy, he was so friendly and represented the company well!”

“One of those occasions when I needed to see the Pharmacist for antibiotics rather than take a day off work to see a doctor. I walked into Boots straight after work (about 6pm, when my doctors practice would be closed!!) taken privately into an interview room and was able to get a course of tablets. Excellent service. “Lovely staff at Leon Chester services, food is prepared quickly and efficiently. Seating are is constantly cleaned and bins emptied. Always love their good and hot chocolate. Frequent stops taken there for food and rest.”

The salon is well equipped and all measures are in place for the current situation. Had my eyebrows, eyelashes and a pedicure today - a delightful way to spend an hour!”

“I have been going to Clarins in Debenhams Chester for a number of years. I use the Spa regularly it used to be a treat, but now i find it a necessity, being kind to myself, and my mental health. I really couldnt imagine my life without my treatments. The staff are like freinds to me, lovely, curtious, helpful. I really do highly recommend.”

“29/02/24 I came here for the try dive mainly to get over my own fear of deep water where I couldn’t touch the floor, and having my head underwater something I’ve never liked. John the instructor was super supportive, and the crew around were super friendly and full of knowledge, there’s eyes all over you so you feel completely safe. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Will be looking to book again to gain some more confidence in the water, thank you to John and the team. Hope to see you all again soon.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Village Hotel Chester St. David’s! Holly at reception was incredibly kind and understanding — she helped us change the dates of our stay due to illness, which we really appreciated. Everyone we met was super friendly and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The food deals were fantastic, especially with the app discounts — excellent value for money and great quality. Breakfast was brilliant too — plenty of choice, fresh, and tasty with something for everyone. Overall, a really lovely experience with great service and great people. We’ll definitely be back!”

“A huge store that also has a Victoria's secret inside with amazing discounts. Disabled access is fine, although due to its popularity, it can get a bit busy All in all this is a must shop visit that will save you lots of money.”
