“Absolutely fantastic place for the kids. Lots of them to do. They had a amazing time, although we didn't eat each food seemed very reasonable priced. Trail was amazing so much for them to do along the way. Been wanting to come here for a few years. Can't believe it's taken so long. Definitely will be going back.”

“Great lake for kayaking and paddle boarding especially if you are a beginner or just looking for a chilled day. The toilets and changing facilities were clean. Parking right next to the lake makes it easy for access once ready to go. Will definitely be using this place more.”

“Great place to walk or just let the kids play in the trees. Rock climbing in the quarry if you know what you're doing. There are some lovely walks from Pex Hill into the village of Cronton. Quite a good spot for photography too!”

“Great place for young children and families. So many activities to choose from covering a wide age range, from 5-15 year olds. Generous portions served in the restaurant with a decent selection too. “This place is wonderful! Great price for the stay, well worth it. The included breakfast was phenomenal. The grounds are breathtaking. The gym and leisure club (pool, steam room) were very nice. The sauna needs (technical) work, because it wasn’t really heating well. Did not have a chance to place golf, but it looked to be in pristine condition, and challenging. Rooms are clean and very well kept. The towels were plush, pillows and beds very comfortable.”
