“On 17th August I had a mastectomy and I am still in recovery as if you don’t feel bad enough my bridged tooth came out last night I was devastated as it is in the front. I called at the dentist this morning met by the wonderful cheerful receptionist who assured me I would be seen. My appointment was 9.15am by 9.45 I was home with my tooth fully back in place with no charge! Smiles are important but when life hits you hard and you can’t even smile without crying to have this treatment today was overwhelming I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for me it’s priceless. I'm so glad I persevered in keep phoning them. Absolutely fantastic practice. I had an appointment booked but they phoned the week before with a cancellation for the same day, and I had the treatment needed the following morning. I'm petrified of the dentist and Dr Saeid really put my mind at ease, great caring nature and explained everything, the nurses and other staff there made me feel welcome. He has carefully made adjustments and contacted a dental surgeon to have 2 teeth removed for more spacing. After 4 and a half years, the results are computer perfect! He said: "They'll look like veneers." Dr Garry has dedicated more time than most other patients due to job satisfaction. I've had many compliments on their apparence and others have said they look like veneers. I've recently had 6 white fillings replaced: Dr Garry knew it'd alter the retainers fitting so rushed out an appointment and drilled into the lower right of the retainers for temporary fitting, emphasising his high level of care. A further appointment to scan the new layout into the system was soon arragged for new retainers.”

“After being with this dental surgery for the past 12 months I had Abdul previously who whilst going through my root canal treatment with him I didn't trust him fully and he never reassured me due to me suffering with anxiety I never felt comfortable when going in for treatment he told me I was excessively bleeding during the treatment and he had to stop this triggered my anxiety and so I didn't go back after some months had he have still been there rhis review would not be 5 stars. However I had built up the courage to go back today as I desperately needed further treatment. I was surprised to find that I had a new dentist and was so thrilled!!! Harris is an absolute credit to this dental surgery he reassured me throughout talking me through each step and the treatment was world's apart from Abdul doing it. Abdul never prepped the area, Harris clamped my tooth area and put a mouth screen around I didn't feel a thing and know i am in safe hands on my next appointment! I am so happy to find out that he is my new Dentist!”
