“This was my first time coming to Lily & Arthur’s and all I can say is, words won’t do it justice for how good it is! You have to go and experience the place for yourself!! When me and my partner went, we were received by a lovely and welcoming female waitress. Any help we needed in navigating the menu she was always on hand to help us. Also, for us, it was very refreshing to go in on Good Friday and see the waitress proudly wearing her cross necklace while serving. A little thing on top of everything else, but very much added to our experience. I got a sandwich myself and my partner got one of the toasties. Can I just say, I have never had so much goodness loaded into a Sandwich in all my life. It was incredible. The bread I believe is made from scratch so is beautifully fresh, and the filling inside the Sandwich is a very generous amount for you to enjoy! My partner had a toastie which was very tasty too, with a wonderful amount to enjoy. We loved it there, and would recommend the place to anyone! We can’t wait to go for lunch again but also go in the evening one time to experience an equally amazing evening menu too!”

“Visited here on a Sunday afternoon. We where looking for something spacious with the current pandemic and we weren't disappointed. It was relatively quiet surprisingly, and very spacious. My mum uses an electric wheelchair which was easily accommodated. You have to use the side door as there is a step accessing a lovely beer garden. This wasn't a problem for us as she can walk short distances and we where close to the door so she could still go outside to smoke once we had been seated. We where sat by the pass so got to inspect much of the food as it was being taken out, everything looked amazing. The staff where welcoming and service was quick, we had our drinks within minutes of arriving and food didn't seem to take too long either. We both opted for burgers, although once we saw the Sunday roasts agreed to try them next time. I had a chicken burger and honestly one of the nicest I've had. The chicken was cooked perfectly. My mum enjoyed her hamburger aswell, clearly all fresh ingredients. Definitely our new pub lunch place.”

“Mogul Tandooeri, still known as Santi Bag to some older customers, has best Indian restaurant in wigan for decades. Not the most salubrious of places with basic decor but if you're looking for geat food, attentive service all at really reasonable prices, this is the place for you. Good for takeaway and deliveries too.”

“Went to the cellar for a few nights, jack is absolutely amazing he’s so welcoming and friendly. Looked after us all night, quality bloke really good staff to have here. Definitely recommend.”

“The driver struggled to find our property but was very apologetic and kept in contact with us to let us know that he was trying to find us. He was very polite and we even received a phone call from the takeaway offering us fresh food (which wasnt needed). Can't fault the customer service.”

“Been nicely cleaned up recently after being taken over by new management. Food starting in November & a big refurbishment planned for January. Good priced beer, free pool on Tuesdays & sport on all the tvs!”

“We've used De Niro's for pizza delivery for a long time and from ordering over the phone to the delivery all the staff are really pleasant and professional. The food is always good but tonight it was exceptional. The pizza base was done to perfection for our taste and we were really impressed with the amount of topping.”

“This used to be my go to pizza place but then it went downhill (this isn't the end of the story!). However recently I gave it another go, whilst the pizza's don't have the herbs they used to have (and the rock salt) they have some absolutely lovely ingredients and taste amazing. 5* for Pizza, next time ill try either the kebabs or the burgers but i definitely recommend the pizza over anywhere in the town centre.”
