“Great food and great service. My first visit and looking forward to returning to and trying some other amazing dishes. I had pigeon for starter ( best pigeon starter I've ever had). My duck break for main was delicious and my friends chicken dish was mmmm also. Dessert was brandy snap.”

“I think the best streak in Brighton. We've been four times, waited to review, great each time. Really well priced and amazing steaks. Friendly, knowledgeable, service. A London chain had opened up nearby. In London, they're a no brainer. In Brighton, go local and independent. Open kitchen, the counter seats are fun, the chefs serve you if you're sat there. “We went here for our anniversary dinner, wonderful food and service! We had the duck and lamb, both very tender and juicy. For starters we had the duck roll and scallops, I normally don’t enjoy seafood which I always find “fishy” but I loved the scallop, complemented by the sauce/puree that goes with it. For dessert we had the mango cheesecake, not the most impressive but not bad and would overall recommend this place !”

“Delicious Steak, Great Service! We had a fantastic dinner at this steakhouse. The steak was cooked perfectly. Juicy, tender, and full of flavour. The sides were also spot on, especially the grilled vegetables and chunky fries. Everything was fresh and well-seasoned. Service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere was cosy, and the small touches (like the chimichurri sauce and candlelight) made the experience even better. It was fabulous.. nothing was too much trouble, the food they did was tasty and high quality.They made sure they had the right number of staff, even helping me do the decorating on the night! “Amazing family run Italian restaurant!! My boyfriend and I happened to stumble across this restaurant this evening and we were extremely impressed- from the service, to the atmosphere, to the food it was 5* all the way through. We were both made very comfortable upon arrival and noticed that our lovely waiter made extra effort to make note of our names and to make sure we were all okay throughout our meal, something I have not received at a bigger restaurant chain. It really did feel like we were treated like we were members of this family! As for the service, it was very quick and the presentation of the food at mamma Mia’s is PHENOMENAL! I had a beautiful sea food risotto which I will whole heartedly say was the BEST risotto I’ve ever had. From the flavourful sauce to the fresh mussels it was perfect! My boyfriend also enjoyed his chicken pizza and commented that he has never experienced a pizza like the one at mamma Mia’s. I had the panna cotta for dessert and the food just keeps on getting better, it was so creamy and the sauce tasted amazing! I highly recommend mamma mia’s if you want an authentic, cozy and welcoming Italian restaurant. We will definitely be returning and I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!! “Wow wow wow!! If you've never been to the Arcades restaurant on Worthing seafront you have to go! 5* food and 5* service. A family run business and a huge choice of menu and very reasonable prices! Where can you get a starter for £6 these days? We had whitebait and calamari starters. For mains we had steak, sea bass and cod and chips. All delicious and huge portions. The only picture I took was of the steak main If you've not tried this place you must!”

From the chefs serving the dishes and sharing how they came about to the incredible tastes and flavour combinations. The teamwork, personality and passion came across in spades from the whole team. Jean is a genius, we were blown away by-the whole experience and I have never tasted such exceptional food. The price is not cheap, as you would expect, but it was worth every penny. The dishes for my vegetarian gluten free wife were incredible and not the usual afterthought that the majority of restaurants serve. Thank you for the best meal we have ever tasted. “We came to Efes on a whim and what a great decision that was. Efes is easily the most authentic and lovely experience we've had in Worthing. Our server Ali was attentive throughout. We will definitely be returning and I would recommend the experience to anyone. The food was incredible, to the point where we took home leftovers and argued between us over whose dish was best (we couldn't decide! Both were amazing!). “Nicola and her team catered for my wedding this weekend and the food was delicious and ABUNDANT! My partner and I went for a tasting a few months ago where we selected the dishes we wanted for the big day, which was great fun and super useful. All of our guests have been raving about the food, as often wedding food is too formal and everyone's left a bit hungry. The team also did 'late night food' (we chose pulled pork and halloumi burgers) which could not have gone down better. The service was seamless and Nicola is wonderful to work with. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive and really made our morning. We only stopped for coffee but decided to stay for breakfast after looking at the menus, our friend opted for the Islas Breakfast which looked amazing (lovely bit of sausage), my partner went for the No Meat Breakfast; both would have given me food envy had my Hash not been so tasty! There was a big selection of vegetarian food, lots of tofu dishes, loads of vegetable dishes and rice and noodley things. They have nice soups too. The food comes out lightening fast and is super fresh and hot. You can order as much and as often as you like. Just make sure you eat it all. Recommended.”

“We had a great experience in Into the Blue. You can tell all the ingredients are fresh, nothing frozen and they offer a wide array of seafood/fish for every pallet. The only thing was it was so popular that they ran out of food half way through the day! So we’d recommend getting in early on weekends. Would absolutely return.”

“I'm so used to eating chapatis that are thick as a carpet and it was a delight to find a proper thin whole-wheat roti here.(I bought a few extras to take home and freeze). Paneer pahadiya and chicken pahadiya were flawless and the side dishes were all also excellent. No batch cooking here, all freshly prepared and with interesting careful flavours. The owner is a sweetheart and very gently hospitable. This is one of those hidden gems- don't miss it if you appreciate authentic south Asian food. Extremely reasonably priced too!”
