“Amazing food. Nice little bread entrees. Starters were lovely. Nice pate, mozzarella triangles. The ribs were insane. The lasagna was too hot to eat so took it home and was lovely. Chicken liver and calzone all amazing. Price for 5 drinks(one bottle of wine) 5 starters and mains 175. Can't wait to go back!”

“Went on a Saturday lunch in a group of 4 so were lucky enough to try most of the menu. Every single thing we had was so tasty! Even the potatoes! One of the best restaurants I've been to in a while. We even got all 5 desserts as we couldn't choose :) only feedback I would give is the homemade crumpet had a little too much cheese on and needed something sharp to balance it. Still an 11/10 will be back! Thank you for a lovely birthday meal!”

“A wonderful eating experience from start to finish. The decor and vibe of the place is stylish and relaxed. Went as a party of 4 (and a half) , 2 vegans, 1 veggi and 1 meat eater and we were all catered for. We also had my 3 month old son, who I felt completely at ease feeding in the restaurant and the staff were lovely with. Absolutely amazing vegan food! There's an entire separate menu, giving you so much choice. Beautifully presented, tastes sensational. The staff are genuine, attentive and professional. Will definitely be back. “Had a lovely meal here. Had the gigantes (giant beans). These are my favourite and these did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious. For mains I had souvlaki. Generous portions and the meat was juicy and tender.”

“This restaurant is amazing and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The owner paco and his wife are so friendly and they make u feel like you are part of the family. Pacos food is cooked from fresh and there is a variety of dishes including sea food dishes. The prices are also very very reasonable and you get a big plate with very good food portions and it tasted absolutely yummy and out of this world. The restaurant is very clean and tidy too Really I give 10 put of 10 for Pacos. If your ever passing by please give this restaurant a try you won't be disappointed”

“First visit to this large restaurant on Whitehall Road; at the foot of that tower that’s had so many problems with the cladding. Now scaffolding free, it made me notice this place afresh. Inside the restaurant is bright and airy, white walls and marble floors. There’s a nice vibe in here of an evening. Chill yet traditional. You sense the meal will be good. Nice big menu with lots of choice. Pizza, pasta and steak. Also fish. Opted for the venison wellington; I love venison and it sounded like a dish that would be rich and hearty. Not wrong, a beautiful (and big) portion of perfectly pink venison in a light and flaky crust. Wow, could eat that all day. So very rich with a hearty sauce, turnip to the side. I wish more places would use game. The chef here clearly knows his meat. Excellent. The steak must be fantastic. Reasonably priced as well. The beer was Moretti; as it should be when it isn’t Peroni. Definitely recommend giving this place a try next time you’re in town. They do specials too, so a chance at finding something unexpected and intriguing on the menu. Always welcome. Two paws up. Well done.”

“What a delightful place for a celebration or even just a drink. The quality of the food is top notch and worth the trip. Staff are friendly and able to make adjustments as required. The bruschetta was strong with garlic and the tomatoes were very fresh and juicy. The chicken was thin and crispy, paired with the delicious spaghetti topped with fresh tomatoes and basil. The meal was finished off with zeppola. This is a crispy choux bun filled with sweet vanilla cream. I was able to get this without the cherries and it was perfect. We will defiantly be back when we come back to Leeds!”

“We visited Darvish Restaurant in Leeds and we ordered kebabs — they were incredibly delicious and full of authentic Persian flavour. The meat was tender, juicy and perfectly cooked,it truly reminded me of the amazing food back home.The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the restaurant had a cozy, traditional atmosphere.I absolutely recommend Darvish Restaurant!”

“Second visit to L'Aquila and another great experience. Between the 4 of us, we had 3 different pasta dishes and a pizza - all really good quality and just right portion sizes. Beer and wine goid choice and decent prices. Both visits have felt like the front of house staff could do with one more at busy times as it was a little slow to take drinks then food orders, and a big gap between serving starters and mains (we like a decent gap, but this was a tad lengthy). Definitely didn't spoil the experience, so don't let it put you off - just be aware and look forward to a bit of a more relaxed pace than you might be used to. We will be back soon.”

“Me and my partner went to this restaurant on Sunday 7 December 2025 as our anniversary meal. They welcomed us extremely well with good service. The food was spot on. We went for Tattu signature which was £92pp and it came out perfectly, flavour was good. As part of our anniversary, Deriel did exceptionally good service and gave us fortune cookies with a little note for us and he always did check backs to see if we needed anything else. Spot on with everything. We would definitely recommend it and will be returning To the manager that sees this, please give Deriel our message that he deserves something from your company for giving us an amazing customer service as part of his hospitality.”

“We visited for the first time this weekend. The food was delicious and great portion sizes. I had the goats cheese and my wife had garlic mushrooms. They were fantastic. I then had the chicken on skewers with rice and bbq sauce andmy wife had the steak. Great portion sizes and couldnt finish it all. Nice atmosphere with attentive and welcoming staff. We will be back the next time we are in York. Highly recommended, give it a try you will not be disappointed.”

“Such a beautiful and attractive place to relax and spend time. There are nice walking areas, interesting architecture, and even the option for a boat trip with the taxi boats. It was really quiet at this time of the year,not crowded at all,I bet during summer there are a lot of people. I bet during summer there's a good variety of restaurants and bars, so everyone can find something to suit their taste and budget,but now the options were quite limited. The dock offers options for spending time outdoors, and exploring the Royal Armouries museum, which is huge and definitely worth a visit. Unfortunately we couldn't visit because it was closed (Monday only). I saw that there are limited options for shopping,comparing with the city centre. Overall,we really liked it and definitely will come back during summer.”
