“Great hotel on the outskirts of Chester. Approx 15 min drive to the zoo, Cheshire oaks and Chester city centre. Was slightly worried after booking as read some reviews that didn't rate this hotel but we found it great. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. Bar area nice, breakfast and bar food we had very tasty. Room clean and tidy. Had a problem with the room door not working properly but the handy man arrived promptly and sorted very quickly. Pool and gym facilities looked lovely but didn't use on this occasion. Would stay again.”

“Absolutely brilliant. I called at 1100am on Saturday 16th with an issue on my Mercedes. After a few questions to give an idea of the issues, the engineer arrived at my address and set about diagnostics. It was a challenge as there were several possible issues which needed eliminating first. He persevered and to my delight, got the car started. The RAC had tried for 2 days and failed to start the car. I am super impressed by the service provided and will definately use this company with my cars in the future when required. “Pool is always warm and clean, great for the kids because they have the shallow part with toys. Staff are helpful and friendly. The gym is clean and tidy, you never have to wait and there's a big variety of equipment. Changing rooms are also well maintained. With free lockers and hair dryers etc. Lovely place, very family friendly ❤️”

“Great place for a party. The caretaker is very helpful, the hall is a good size and the two rooms off it are useful. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a small room beside it that is very useful too. Lots of parking spaces. I will definitely be booking another party here. The stage is great too, plenty of space for a band or disco.”

“Great bird auction last Sunday of every month you can take birds to sell or buy you pay £1.50 for entry and £2-£3 membership to bid membership is for the year . Birds are in cages if you bid you are paying per bird not cage if your selling there's a 10% charge on the sale of your birds there's a cafe for hot and cold food and drinks and toilets readily available and lots of parking spaces young kids have free entry. One of the better bird auctions to go to You can enter at 9:30am Auction starts at 12 pm.”

“Good gym with lots of equipment. Suitable for all types of workouts. The pool is also good, but can get a little busy at times. Otherwise, the invigor8 membership options are great and cheaper to other gyms I've found. They are open every day and also have many activity classes to join in with. Would definitely recommend.”
