When home on leave I had surgery and Dr Phipps came to my mum's house to see me and how I was and in later years I've had 3 operations they have been faultless.”

I would like to be able to make appointments online too but whenever I have tried it is unavailable. Otherwise I am satisfied with the practice on the whole . “When I read some of the negative reviews regarding Gladstone Medical centre I cannot resonate with them. I have been with Gladstone for more years than I can remember and never had a bad experience. Being in my dotage has not deterred any member of staff or doctors treating me but with the utmost courtesy . The receptionists are all delightful and always greet you with a smile and ‘Can I help you’ ? The nurses are always there for advice along with any medical appointments. I have always found the doctors to be kind and sympathetic to my various medical conditions at any one time and although in my advancing years I have never been made to be a nuisance.”
