“I cannot emphasise enough just how professional this branch have been. From the very start at arranging viewings, to regular call backs to check up on my position, and then once we had secured a property, both Tia and Josh were fully onboard with helping negotiate with the landlord, quickly and efficiently, relaying instructions clearly. Once all agreed they were both super pro-active in getting the documents all sorted, signed, and sent to where they had to go. All this and still calling on a daily basis to keep me up to date with what was happening. I can’t stress enough this outfit were super professional, friendly, and nothing was ever a hassle to them. I would 110 % recommend these two - absolute joy to do business with them.”

Georgia is so great with all the dogs in her care and goes the extra mile continuously. Surroundings are beautiful and kennels, well couldn't ask for more!! “This time was afternoon tea but as always from the moment you walk in, the staff are engaging, polite and courteous while Willing to help, everything was immaculate with the fine attention to detail making the difference. The food was everything you want. Fresh plentiful and tasted amazing. We had extra wine and chips and the bill was reasonable.”

Cruise seemed to have settled in well and came home happy , I felt so relaxed on the pre visit a month before and on the day and pick up the staff were amazing and they kept me informed he had settled via email and put this anxious fur mamma at ease would 100% use again. “We have just got back from a one night stay here. A huge thank you to Janet for being very welcoming to us as soon as we arrived. The room was very comfy, a very large king size bed and a very modern bathroom. We got our breakfast included which was lovely!
