“Great little place for coffee or having a bite”

“I have visited Lewis’ a couple times last year and always been very happy with the food and service. Met my mum there this morning for coffee and thought this would be all I was having after deciding to do veganuary. Very pleasantly surprised to find that they had some vegan cake options, so I had some of their vegan carrot cake. The tastiest cake I have had in a long time. Very satisfied. Service was brill as always, the ladies that work in there are always warm and welcoming. Thank you :)”

“One of my favourite places. The food is gorgeous from their Italian cuisine to the omelettes. Always friendly and happy, the staff make people feel at home. The place is constantly busy but Maria still finds time to say hello, sadly that prevents her from always answering the phone but you can find the correct number for the cafe on the Facebook page x”

We were very well taken care of by Jane who was so professional and provided amazing service. We were all very pleased with the food and Jane even brought out a slice of cake to celebrate my father’s 85th birthday.”

“Stopped off for breakfast here due to the RSPB cafe being closed. Welcome and service was great, staff very friendly and food was delicious. Reasonably priced too. Couldn’t resist the tiffin’s, so bought a couple for later. Take cash with you to tip, as they don’t accept tips via card payment. Shame as the service was top notch.”

“Lovely cafe right in the heart of the town. They have a superb selection of teas and make some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. There is also a selection of freshly made food that is consistently of a very high standard. Why go to some faceless chain cafe when you’ve got a gem like this on your doorstep.”

I Got through to David who was an absolute delight,he recommended plants and other ideas and he even went and looked around the centre to see what they had. “It is my favourite place to go and have brunch especially during weekends. They serve breakfast till 2.45 pm. It's a must visit place. Their food is amazing. I usually end up ordering their soup of the day , cheese toast with eggs, skin on fries and, iced coffee. The quantity they provide is really good. It fills you up really well. The food is delicioussssss. I've also tried their vanilla shake as well as their strawberry milkshake. They are all too good. So plz visit and show them some more love. The ambience is also great.”

“I've been to quite a few cafes in my time, my friend took me to this cafe and what can I say, Amazing!!!! The problem that I have with cafes is when the food lands on your table something is cold, the plate of food that landed in front of me was hot and tasted fantastic. This food was made with the love that makes food taste amazing. 10 out of 10 for me, definitely my new go to cafe. BTW the lady who cooks works very hard. You have nothing to lose but go and try you will not be disappointed, combine it with your shopping Tesco is across the road”

“I having going to Hancock & Woods for over2 years for my Bra fitting(as my old ones were getting uncomfortable and knew my body was changing) . All the staff are friendly and helpful especially Diane who always goes that extra mile to find anything i need. Would highly recommend going for a fitting and letting the staff do their magic.”
