“Popped into Lidl this morning. Unfortunately for me, an old man with an enormous trolley load was infront of me at the only till open (at 8:15am). A member of staff took the initiative and just opened a lane, without having to be asked. She was cheery and pleasant and a credit to the store. Despite her having to re-boot the till I was still away before the old man had finished unloading his trolley. Thank you for some forethought and using your initiative.”

“Went here because of another review, Singapore chow mein is the best I've had so far in Wirral. Singapore fried rice is also pretty tasty. Might be a little salty, but is just over he border. Chips were perfect, none were bad. That alone is sufficient reason to go back. Any other takeaway would have messed up at least one chips. Asked if chow mein will be spicy and they said they'll make it extra spicy, wasn't as I expected nevertheless good tasty food. Not as oily as every other takeaway”

“Lovely little gem of a place, with excellent service and delicious food. Unlike other places nearby, it's open when Kwik Fit is, which is a smart move for people like me with nowhere to go while waiting on car repairs at 830AM. I got the avo and eggs brunch special that came on a delicious sourdough bread, with fresh creamy avocado mix, two perfectly poached eggs. I enjoyed it so much I had to get a little slice of lemon drizzle cake, which came with a strawberry and some cream. Really made it for me. The only drawback to the meal was the orange juice was bottled and not fresh, which surprised me! Anyway, will be back for sure to try the pancakes!”

“Honestly couldn’t recommend this place more. Lost count on how many times I have ordered from here but I have loved this place ever since it opened. The sweet chilli chicken maki is my favourite sushi ever and never disappoints. They have also fairly recently brought ramen onto the menu and their chicken carbonara one is unreal! Combining these two dishes together is the perfect dinner. Staff are also always friendly and helpful. Deffo a takeaway place that I would never get bored of.”

“I went to the Wirral Tandoori yesterday (29/09/25) for the first time in ages, as I no longer live in the area. The manager and staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel like I’d never been away. The food, as always, was absolutely delicious. The chicken pathia in particular was outstanding — without doubt the best I’ve ever tasted — perfectly balanced with a rich depth of flavour and a lovely lemon zing that lifted the whole dish. It reminded me exactly why the Wirral Tandoori has always been a favourite: great service, fantastic food, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes the journey back more than worthwhile.”

We did and the pizzas were delivered within the hour and were delicious. We've bought from there many times before and will continue to do so.”
