“Very impressed with how quickly this garage turned around a service today , I originally wasn’t happy and complained due to arriving at the garage at 2pm and finding out my car had not been started on yet. However auto care got in touch with me when i drove home, apologised and the man drove all the way to my house to pick my car up, service it and drop it back off all for half price . i have never known a company to go to this much trouble for a customer. To go above on beyond like this I am very grateful for and it is very much appreciated the effort they made today just to get it done for me . Involved removing the bonnet etc. Fortunately they had a spare filter for a Toyota that fitted my Lexus and done there and then. Mechanic came out and explained whilst showing me the part. All done within about 30 mins. Can't fault all the staff who were extremely helpful especially being able to do the job there and then.”
