Unfortunately there was a shortage of immediate appointments due the 2 consecutive bank holiday weekends so I took the first availability, however, this was not needed on the day so I cancelled and offered to pay because of the short notice but they wouldn't hear of it and assured me they would be able to fill the space time and again, which I thought was very good of them.
