“This is the third time I've been to the Harry Potter tour as its just so good, ove taken my daughter, friends and famiky back there. I dont think the tickets arw that expensive for whatbyou get and yes the shop os ridiculously over priced but yoi dont nees to buy anything and quite frankly if You do you will be spending half an hour of your day in the line waiting to pay so I'd rather buy something anywhere else or these days everywhere else. “As the hotel is connected directly to terminal 5 . It makes it easy to do the night before check in, buy any last minute essentials landside, or even have a meal or drink. The room was quiet and comfortable. I had checked in on line so a very quick wait upon arrival for our key, and we were relaxing in our room. Beds comfortable, bathroom a good size. We didn't book breakfast as our flight was at 8am and we didn't want to rush. We grabbed a quick coffee and croissant at the gate, before boarding . Service is quiet and understated, but always consistent. For ease and convenience we would always recommend a stay here.”
