“I was travelling alone and had a long early morning flight ahead so moved from another hotel in central London to Aerotel London at Heathrow Terminal 3, and I'm so glad I did! I had a single room with no window, and I had no plans other than to sleep, so, while it was small, it was convenient, clean and comfortable. I had three suitcases and they fit conveniently in front of the bed, and there is a small bench where you can rest an open case to go through it. There are three hangers on a stylish set of holders for your clothes/outer-wear. There is a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, and there is a small restaurant on the 3rd floor called the Library. The lobby has some snacks and drinks for purchase also. Check-in and check-out were both easy, and the staff were friendly. Considering this is in the middle of an airport, it was so quiet! I will definitely stay here on my next transit through Terminal 3.”

Vanessa’s knowledge on the menu was excellent, she recommended the curry which was delicious. Elena is lovely also & made me feel like nothing was too much, she made me a coffee & finally…somebody who knows how to heat milk properly without burning it! “Positives Very good value (In October). Massive estate, excellent area. Swimming pool water was very warm and child friendly. Fruit at breakfast was superb - best prunes I have ever eaten. Free fruit offered outside of breakfast in one wing of the hotel. Neutral / noteworthy. My room was very far away from the rest of the hotel. "Deluxe" room was slightly odd with staircase and no bath tub. Negatives Cooked breakfast wasn't all that. I didn't enjoy the cooked breakfast my sister also didn't finish hers. I expected better. Pool closed too early resulting in a surge of people using it use on Saturday night, please open till 22:00 not 19:00.”

“Very nice hotel. Is not expensive but the services are very good for the money. The rooms are clean, every day the cleaners change the bed sheets, towels and consumables. The rooms have big LCD TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge, safe and microwave oven. The room doors are locked with electronic latches wich sometimes doesn't work properly because of magnetic cards, but the problem is very well known by the hotel employees and they will change your card without any problems. Parking is not free and you can park at the basement of the hotel or into Ibis hotel parking.”

“A massive thank you to the staff at YHA! We were having a bit of a nightmare weekend with a hotel cancelling on us, we managed to secure a last minute booking at YHA and the staff were very kind to let us store our bags and get ready in the common area before our event. The wine & pizza in the cafe was great too! The following day after check-out we had another disaster situation, and long story short the receptionists let us use their phone to make a call, use their charger and go back to our room to retrieve a lost item. Without the YHA staff being so accommodating, our stressful weekend would be have 10 times worse! The room itself was clean and everything we needed for one night, good value food, nice communal areas and overall great vibes! Thank you again”

“We had a pleasant 2 months stay at Aisiki North Finchley. Pro: host was very pleasant and replied in timely manner, code door lock, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable and clean beds and beddings, cosy living area with access to Sky channels on smartTV, located in the heart of homely North Finchley and surrounded by nice shops, supermarkets, halal and asians grocery stores, nearby bus stops and walkable distance to a Northern Line tube station. Cons: No lift and steep staircase (but we were made aware of it)”

Was given to me for a present and finally got to use it , so glad I didn’t waste it Treatment - was amazing and the lady Jess L was so kind and informative. Being a plus size body makes me anxious when getting naked and in this kind of environment. However she made me feel good in myself and massaged me wonderfully. We used the stone message chairs and they are so comfortable and getting a lovely lunch at the end and using the pool and other facilities definitely will be coming back ! And recommend to anyone. Also to made it better my mum couldn’t have a certain treatment so getting a complementary drink was super kind”
