“Room was large with a great bed, lots of different pillow types and sleep quality was excellent, rooms were also quiet. TV, wifi was perfect, lots of charge points including a EU socket. I liked the large window with roller blinds too. Breakfast had a very good range of products, self service or you could order specifically cooked eggs. Some food options nearby or their Zoom restaurant is available as was room service.. Most of all it's the first hotel I've been in where they had recycling bins in the room. A great stay, and staff were very good too.. oh and the rooms have fridges too!!!”

“We visited Beefeater Hayes for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and Jade and Siv were both absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived, Jade made sure we were well looked after and checked in on us with such a friendly attitude. The food was great—fresh, tasty, and delivered at just the right time. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and everything felt well-organised. Overall, a really pleasant experience and a great start to our day. We’ll definitely be back!”

“I can't thank more Tony and Henry who treated my back pain. I lost my sleep for so many days due to my back issue. They have diagonsed the issue correctly and gave me the treatment. Tony and Henry both are very knowledgable and very patiently listen to my complaints. They have explained me about the root casue of the issue and about the treatment very well. I really got my sleep back from the second week of my treatment (physio massages & stretches). I couldn't have got my sleep and normal walk back without their treatments. They are very friendly and flexible with the appointments. Highly recommended. Much appreciated.”

“Staff were friendly here and helpful. The food was very tasty but the portions could feed at least two people for one meal. If you have a layover in London and dont have time to see much this is a good place to go for the British experience.”

“Dropped my cat off for 12 days while we were on holiday abroad. Lovely place with a lovely owner who is a cat lover. It was easy to find with lots of parking. Really local to me so it was convenient and had room to accommodate for my cat, with a heated blanket to keep her warm during the night. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local cattery to keep your cat while you are away.”

A special shoutout to Asher, the bartender, whose performance at the bar was brilliant. His upselling techniques were impressive, and his recommendations for food were perfect.”

“We were arranged by the British Airways as our flight was delayed. We arrived at check in counter at about 6:00 pm, all the check in process is smooth and efficient, the staff is nice to gave us the meals coupons and recommended us to take the right time shuttle bus to airport in order to catch the flight tomorrow morning. The hotel renovation is fair, the decoration hanging on the wall of the corridor is unique. The room is clean and spacious, bed & the quilting is comfy, environment is quiet. There have fridge, kettle & the shower have great water pressure, the only thing I concern is the hair dryer is so poor. The experience over all for us is very good and we will recommend this hotel to my friends.”

“We have stayed here a few times and found the staff and service to be exceptional. Checked in by the lovely Anna on this occasion. We were a little bit early but she greeted us with a huge smile and swiftly went through the checking in process. We had a quick pint before going to the room. Sanjeev served us our drinks. He was a real highlight too.”

“Couldn't fault the rooms. Rooms are massive especially the disabled ones... with mum having MS. Staff friendly service and brought mum extra blanket... The one downside the duvets could be alittle more warmer.... Reason for the 2 stars the location. If staying in london for more than a week and no transport its a problem as its right near healthrow airport. But thankfully the coach is within the bungle to london on the hols!”

“I got exactly what I expected. The host was friendly when I arrived (which was close to the cutoff at 11 p.m. because of a flight delay), and he took me to my room. The room and restroom were very neat and clean for the price range, and I would recommend this place to anyone needing an affordable option near Heathrow. Also the location is less than a 10 minute walk to a bus station that has routes straight to the airport.”

“We stayed one night with kids.... nice clean hotel with comfy beds ... its like old house accommodation with lots of nice small garden areas with beautiful summer flowers, location suited us a lot. The staff was very friendly and Breakfast was very good, loved the perfectly made poached eggs, they offer free parking too. recommended for people who want to stay in the budget hotel.”
