“Elman Wall were recommended to me by a trusted colleague. In all honesty, I was dreading my first meeting, as at only 26 years old, whilst the idea of starting a business was exciting initially, I very quickly came to realise the layers of knowledge I was lacking when it came to the ‘behind the scenes’ legal, financial and accounting details which were required. After the meeting, I immediately felt more comfortable, and also learned a very important lesson. I didn’t need to understand everything, if I was able to work with people who could explain things in a logical, clear way. Most importantly, I liked and trusted them which was hugely important to me. I’ll save the the middle chapters, but it’s now 11 years later, and I am happy to say Elman Wall were with me every step of the way as I grew my business to a team of just under 50 people, and more recently, also successfully navigated a potentially complex sale process. They’re a great team, who genuinely care about their clients and take care and pride over their work. I know my limited initial understanding of the space made me a problematic client at first, but I never felt that way at all. They were always willing to help. Sadly, following our exit, we’ve been asked to move to another firm, who are much larger than Elman Wall. This change has really starkly highlighted what a gem of a business Elman Wall is. Thanks to the team there, but a special shout out to Russel who helped us so much during our deal process.”
