“I had a full service and MOT done... I booked online this was very easy... plus the prices/charges/what included/what is not are stated clearly/openly which I like. There is a growing number of mechanic venues you call and the price not as transparent which I do not favour. The MOT and service was completed in good time, and Mr Siddiqui sent video clips of what was done e.g., old parts that were replaced ... once again his style is open and transparent in a good way. He does not sub-contract his work which I like and feel my car is in safe hands. No hard sales and I was getting an honest and reliable service. Previously I went to garage that had good reviews but started to cut corners, overcharge and overtime for what ever reason was less transparent/helpful esp when subcontracting without being open about it.... so I looked else where naturally. I found this place based on the google reviews, gave it a go and now I recommend as it saved me the headache, of trying to find a reliable, affordable and transparent mechanic in London. “Very straightforward... Took car in for a quote for fairly minor repairs which Azizi gave up front and then asked to bring it in next working day for the work to be done. It took one day more than expected and I was told about that fairly late on in the day but not a major issue. The work done was very good and I can't see any evidence of the former scratches/damage that were all repaired. I didn't know what to expect beforehand and didn't shop around for quotes so don't know how it compares on cost, but the quote seemed very reasonable to me for the work which is why I didn't bother to get other quotes. My newly purchased CLK 350 was recently serviced and was only in need of an oil change and a fix for a squealing and weak parking brake. I also had a lot of general queries about CLKS and Mercedes. I spoke to Luke on the phone and he happily answered all of my questions to great detail. The oil change was carried out well and the parking brake only needed an adjustment. They also cleared out some historic engine diagnostic codes and gave the whole car a thorough inspection. I arrived just 20 minutes before the shop closed to collect my car and mentioned an issue I had with the clock of the car on the dash which could not be adjusted as the old navigation system removed. Luke instantly told me he would give it a go. While it didn’t work out because a CD was needed to do this and the shop was about to close, I highly rate their helpful and professional attitude. To summarise, In all my interactions with them, they were extremely professional, transparent and helpful. It’s clear that they know Mercedes cars inside out and their premises are also top notch.
