Upon arrival we were greeted by Sarah with a huge smile and very caring nature, Sarah did everything in Her power to calm my very nervous rescue dog . We were called into to see the vet who was really l lovely and caring . Agata called on Sarah for some help to calm my dog and proceeded to give him a very gentle and thorough examination . “Cerdic Grimbly is the best Veterinary Surgeon along with Holly Swaby and Emma Whitaker. All the Veterinary Nurses, Support Staff and the Practice Manager have always been absolutely fantastic with me and both of my Cats over the past few years. Even when I had to put one of my Cats to sleep they were very professional, understanding and compassionate. They also sent a lovely condolence card. I went to Midland Veterinary Surgery again today with my newest Cat for his 6 month health check, yearly vaccination, nail clipping, de-worming, flea treatment and he is doing really well and is very healthy.
