“A lovely restaurant with even lovelier food and staff! The manager and waiters were all friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. We got the Goats Cheese with salad as a starter which was delicious, for our mains we got the Baraka Special and the Yogortlu Kofte which were both flavourful and perfectly cooked, and finished with a Baklava for dessert. The atmosphere was great - the perfect place for a business lunch or a quiet date. Looking forward to my next visit!”

“This is by far the best café I have ever been to! The menu has a wide range of affordable and delicious items - especially the homemade cakes! All of the staff, especially the owner are kind and accommodating. Myself and my boyfriend spend a lot of time here, revising/studying and are always made to feel welcome here. The decor is beautiful and there are occasionally fun events held here in the evening. If you are in Blackhorse Road or a student situated locally, I would definitely recommend visiting as it is my most favourite place to go to! “One of the best Indian food experiences on the area. The host is great and practically makes the food for you on the spot. There are some daily specials and the menu is quite narrow, which allows to keep the execution on point. Not much of a seating area, but overall it's more of a takeout place. “I had my Baby Shower here. There were 11 of us in total and we all had afternoon tea which consisted of four delicious courses and unlimited teas, coffees, hot chocolates and water. The food was so good and the service was outstanding. Sharon was so accommodating and friendly and no request was too big. The staff went to the trouble of decorating the chairs for us too! It was a really lovely afternoon full of laughter, yummy food and excellent service and I cannot fault it at all! Highly recommend to everyone wanting a quaint, friendly and intimate setting that serve delicious food and go above and beyond.”

“Lovely place with some of the best coffee I’ve had - intense flavour without the bitterness that a lot of the bigger coffee franchises have. Pastries+cakes looked really fresh and nice as well. Ambience is great, and the owner is highly invested and really kind to his staff. He designed everything himself, which I think is so impressive! A gem in the local area and deserves more recognition, don’t get your coffee anywhere else.”
