“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars It was my first time visiting Softplay with my 15-month-old, and I was pleasantly surprised! The area was spacious, clean, and not overcrowded at all. I loved that they had separate sections for different age groups — including a special area just for little ones up to 18 months. Everything was well supervised. One of the staff members was especially attentive, always making sure the older kids didn’t wander into the baby area and that everyone followed the rules. It made the experience feel very safe and respectful for everyone. The whole place was spotless, the vibe was great, and even the food was good! I also really appreciated that we didn’t need to pre-book — we just walked in, and for the whole family, it was only £11.50 for a two-hour slot, which is amazing value. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!”

“In a town where culture, the arts and music has been allowed to dwindle for the best part of 15 years, the Pump House is an absolutely vital part of the local arts and music scene. It provides an essential space for music and theatre in a way no other venue now does in Watford. From amateur theatre and kids theatre groups, to live music of all sorts, Watford would be artistically poorer without the Pump House. It should be supported and protected at all costs.”

“Been a Gym member here for years. It's very small, but perfect if you want to use good equipment mostly on your own. The staff are all very friendly and on hand if needed. Added Bonus is the Barn for lovely coffee and the girls are great.”

“From start to finish, I can genuinely say that MTS acted with care, integrity and complete professionalism, in dealing with the repair of my car. The team took control of the matter from the moment I arrived and put my mind at ease as to what was needed to get my car back on the road again. Nothing was an issue and they kept me informed regularly as to how the repairs were progressing. To say that my car was returned to me in showroom condition would be an understatement - just fantastic!. I had been recommended to use them by friends and family, rather than go through a main car dealership. The accreditation and endorsements they have been awarded by Insurers is fully justified. “I attended a breastfeeding support group today and I found the staff at reception to be so welcoming and helpful and friendly, we also attended a play session afterwards for toddlers and the staff were amazingly warm and supportive and inclusive. I think it is one of the best experiences I've had as a mother in a children's centre. It was so so nice and I can't thank them enough!”

“Recently stayed here for trip to Harry Potter world. Excellent accommodation, comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need to for a home away from home stay. Parking was excellent. Close to train station just a couple of mins drive. We had a day in London and it is only 1 stop on the fast train. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Really nice little coffee shop for some down time or needing to get work done! The drinks here are really tasty and have a wide variety of food to accompany them. The atmosphere is normally quite quiet until lunch time where it can get very busy! The staff are friendly and will make the drink how you like it! 5 stars all around!”
