“I have only visited this clinic twice to see a physiotherapist, and on two separate occasions for different reasons. I was extremely impressed on both occasions. On my first visit I was experiencing severe pains down my right leg and wondered what could be done. The physio massaged my lower spine for about 2 minutes, and amazingly, the pain went away and has not rerurned. My second visit, 12 months later, was to ask for advice about going to the gym. I was worried that if I resumed my twice-weekly trips to the gym, my leg pains would return after being pain-free for a year. This time aI saw a different physio who showed me some very helpful exercises. On both occasions the male physiotherapists were very extremely personable and clearly knew their stuff. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.”

Last night I had the best pasta dish I’ve ever tasted (passatelli ascuitti alla norcina). The quality of the ingredients they use is second to none. It’s a lovely authentic family run business (Italian family from Marche) with incredible service and a calm atmosphere. This was my 4th time eating here and it never disappoints!”

“I’ve been coming to Underground for about 10 years and have had 15 of my 19 piercings done with them and I’m impressed each and every time. I had my conch and septum done with Salwa today - I asked for a suggestion on what ear piercing to get and she was super helpful and made the perfect choice. Despite getting two painful piercings her technique was probably the best I’ve had - I felt the conch pain for about a second and the septum pain for a split second. Aftercare instructions were clear as always. A super easy, quick, and efficient process overall!”

“Studying Level 3 Business at this college has truly opened up a range of new opportunities for me as a student and individual. When I first enrolled, I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted to do but I found that it was very multifaceted as it introduced me into many different interesting topics like finance, principles of management, entrepreneurship, marketing, corporate law ect. “Visited the Dugdale Centre many times for many events. It’s a place with a theatre and a variety of shows happening. I have attended many arts and crafts workshops and community meetings. They have an amazing cafe with delicious food and the Ice Cream stall is definitely worth a visit. An added bonus is live music at lunch time absolutely free. The shop has quite a variety of knick knacks for all ages. Great place to meet friends for a cup of tea with delicious slice of cake. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the rail station, bus stops and shopping.”
