“Was served by Ben this afternoon at the acorn industrial estate branch! I had an exchange I needed sorting out for a recent order, a pair of boots for a different pair! However because I used a voucher for the previous pair it made the exchange a little difficult to sort out however after a few calls Ben was really positive and polite and was able to sort the situation out for me which I really appreciated as I took the boots to be refunded at my more local store (Belvedere) and was told by a member of staff that she didn’t wouldn’t do the refund for me because she had already taken a large refund that morning and obviously wanted to meet her store targets for the day. This was not fair and I shouldn’t have been told this. Many thanks again Ben.”

“Went to Gravesend for the day and stayed the night here. Was greater kindly and served by Vlada who kindly got us a ground floor room have our Romeo with us (Maltipoo) she recommended a few places to visit while on our stay and very helpful. In the morning had the breakfast that is included in the stay and was welcomed very nicely by Claire who was very friendly too along with all the staff. Overall a lovely place to stay very chilled and wonderful staff”

“Romaine carried out a whole range of different works to my property, first fix plumbing for kitchen refurb, boiler upgrades, new radiators and shower. He also dealt with an undiagnosed gas leak and disconnected an old gas fire. There was a lot to get though! He’s very focussed and organised and communicates clearly at every stage about what needs to be done and why. I thought he took a real pride in his work and was very professional and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a solid and reliable plumber, a rarity these days! He’s been a great find, and I wouldn’t think about using any other plumber in the future. “What a wonderful little find this garage was nestled just on the outskirts of the Kent town of Dartford. I purchased a car from the Dakar team today and have to say it was a very enjoyable experience from start to finish! I wasn’t rushed or coerced towards anything. I was simply left to peruse the car I was interested in, take it for a test drive and agree terms. “We used Marion for our wedding flowers . As soon as I made initial contact with Marion she put me completely at ease . I had spoken to lots of florists at that point , some were very unapproachable , too busy and had crazy minimum budget expectations. Marion was the complete opposite. She gave me lots of advice , suggestions and ways to stretch out budget and have flower arrangements that could be used for different parts of the day. We had lots of conversations in the lead up to the day so Marion had a good idea of what we wanted and our flower preferences. On the day Marion arrived as promised and set to work making the venue look amazing . I felt completely comfortable and confident leaving her to set up. The flowers were amazing and everything looked and smelt so beautiful . We had so many compliments about the flowers on the day . Myself and my bridesmaids loved our bouquets and were exactly what we had imagined. My mum took the flowers home so she could continue enjoying them whilst we were on our honeymoon. I can’t thank Marion enough and would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone. She’s amazing x”
