“All the items as listed by me plus other work has been carried out 100% by Magic and his team. I have been using them for 4 years now and my 2003 Mercedes-Benz ‘C’ Class C180K SE Coupe has never driven so well. Great attention and communication from Magic and his wife Monika plus their prices are very reasonable. The other day I had an alternator/battery red warning light issue and as I was close by, I called Magic and he said “Come right over before your battery goes flat” and upon diagnosis an exchange Bosch alternator was ordered and fitted the same afternoon. I highly recommend them.”

My car is going in for its annual service tomorrow, and for the first time in a long time, I don’t have a pit of dread in my stomach—I know that any issues raised will be genuine, not made-up or exaggerated like I’ve had from garages in the past. And although in this day and age this shouldn’t have to be noteworthy, but as a woman, I really appreciate the way that none of the staff have given me that “you couldn’t possibly understand anything about cars—you’re a woman” vibe that I’ve gotten from so, so, so many other garages.”
