Whenever I have an issue, I always call Shak, and he is very responsive. He always makes himself available and fits me in the same day or the very next day, and the car is ready to collect in a timely manner. He always offers the best possible ways to fix the car and his workmanship is of great quality. Since I've met Shak, I have not visited any other repair centres. “This gent booked me in same day and after 20 minutes in his garage I drove away with aircon regassed and working like new again. All for 40 quid. Quite a contrast to Kwik Fit, where I booked an 0830 appointment the day before, pre paid 65 pounds, took the morning off work to be there, only to arrive and find out that aircon specialist didn't show up to work that day. Customer service is always better with local businesses like Khan's. Top man.”
