“Booked an appointment via phone. Matt was understanding of my situation and was able to facilitate me leaving the car the night before. I was sent video updates during the work and I was able to pick the car up in the afternoon. I only came across MCR via the reviews and I must say Matt's experience and knowledge was comforting in knowing my car was in good hands. The dreaded wet belt etc was changed in my MK3 Focus EcoBoost. The price was affordable in comparison to other 'specialist' in changing wet belts.”

Had a look and a quick drive to understand better what I was saying. Frank said I needed a specialist and recommend one nearby (which I wasn't aware of). I called Frank back to check the costs of exhaust, and he was honest saying he would not be able to offer better deal. Definitely will be going back when needed!”

“I am a senior citizen and I want to show my gratitude by thanking the cab driver who brought me from Nortth London to Gatwick Airport early Wednesday morning 10/12/25. Driver was on time, polite and very professional. His driving was excellent - did not speed. At the Airport, he went beyond the call of duty by helping me to look for (which took some time as there were no trollies close by - very unusual for a major Airport) bring, and helped me to load my luggage on the trolley. I was really pleasantly surprised and grateful for his service. Not many cab/uber drivers do that these days.”
