“Our stay here was great. From the time we entered the hotel, we were greeted promptly by Mabel at the front desk. We arrived early so we were requested to wait while they arranged for a room. Considering the hotel was busy, the staff were on point. Later on, Samrat, the Manager on duty introduced himself to us and welcomed us. We stayed here for a week and all staff were warm and professional. The housekeeping was spot on as well. Amenities replenished and rooms taken care of. Samrat checked in with us in between our stay as well if we were comfortable, we mentioned a small issue in the bathroom on our way out and it was fixed upon our return. The F&B team was awesome. Each morning we enjoyed the breakfast, although the selection is the same each day (could use a bit of change) . Vicky, Hasan and Ashish regularly checked in with us and the kids on special requests. They even remembered our orders and checked if wanted the same the following day. This was very special considering the restaurant was always busy during breakfast. The gym was small, and equipment could get an overhaul, perhaps a regular check in by staff would be good. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel especially for it's friendly and professional staff.”

“We went to Ipanema restaurant on a Thursday and had such a nice dinner. We had a cocktail each which lasted us our whole meal (great portion for the price). We also had 2 starters which were extremely tasty and amazing value for money. The mains were also very tasty and very good value for money. Definitely ask for the green parsley sauce (not sure what it’s called but it was soooo good!)”

“What a brilliant place. Came here before a concert and was blown away at the excellent service and cheap prices. Food was also spot on for value for money and taste. Set menu for an event day, but it was really good for only £20 each. Would definitely return here again”

“Pleasantly surprised! The room was lovely and even though the room I booked was not air conditioned l, it was quite cool! 10 minute walk to South Harrow station which is served by the Piccadilly Line and a 5 minute bus ride to Harrow-on-the-Hill for the Metropolitan Line. Bus stop is in front of the hotel and buses are extremely frequent, every 5 to 8 minutes.”

“I had such a great stay here! The room was super clean, very modern, and the bedding was so comfy—I slept like a dream every night. It had a small kitchenette, which was so nice to make simple meals in. The coworking space and rooftop deck were amazing, I want to work there all the time! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. The location is PERFECT if you're doing anything at Wembley, it's literally a 5 min walk from the stadium, but also in a super quiet neighorhood. I would definitely stay here again!”

The atmosphere is great as the staff are always energetic and being next to the mini box park everyone is quite cheerful! There is seating outside which is handy. I would visit again.”

So much so, it's had me travel more than an hour (each way) on two consecutive Saturdays. Although they're buzzing and busy, the atmosphere is lively and welcoming. “Visited The Preston for our Work Christmas lunch. Very welcoming atmosphere upon arrival and staff were friendly. Varied menu for all tastes and I was especially chuffed when my colleagues who are NOT Local praised the food and the atmosphere. Great sized portions for the Christmas meal and presentation of the tables upon arrival Service was well paced allowing us time for our Secret Santa, quiz and drinks. Recent refurbishment makes the place warm and cozy with new seating and the toilets are all spruced up Lovely evening with friends and well done to the team around what must be your busiest time of the year”
