We have a small baby who is just learning to walk and hygiene is very important to me because she is on the floor most of the time. Also cleaning my carpets extends their life! Onceamonthcleaning do a great job and use baby friendly products, which are great, my carpets are nice and clean and smell lovely and fresh once cleaned! “Stayed here many times. All the staff are always helpful. The beds are comfortable the showers are powerful. Matt the bar manager was great in providing us with extra plates and milk for the room , sorting out the tv issues and adjusting the room temperature for us. You need to bear in mind it is a VERY OLD building and the floorboards are creaky and loud when people are moving around in rooms above. Do NOT shower with the bathroom door open as the steam sets off the fire alarm which unfortunately one hapless guess managed to do twice in the middle of the night. Only improvements may be a safe baggage store area for early arrivals and / or late departures and possibly an automated system to advise guests when it’s a false fire alarm. Great stay and will use again regardless.”
