We agreed I was going to buy a new one and he was going to fit it when I got the new piece. A few days later the engineer was back at my place to fit it and the boiler has been working properly since. The engineer was flexible with the hours (he came at 8pm the first time and left at 9:30pm), he was honest and most of all the price was fair. I would definitely reccomend him.”
