Their Chicken Lollipop is also decent. The best part about them is their great customer service. I would recommend this restaurant.”

The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was impeccable. I started with khachapuri (cheese-filled bread), and it was delicious—perfectly crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. “The Curator at Heathrow T3 is a good choice for a breakfast. Very efficient seating management and friendly staff. Too busy and the team handles it well. The food is tasty, well seasoned, has good temperature and texture. The prices are fair. The Eggs Benedict with salmon are highly recommended. My score is a 4.6.”

“Really worth coming here if you're in Hounslow and/or surroundings. Amazing staff that are very welcoming , even got a free extra portion of chips. The food itself was quite good. Can't say much about the atmosphere inside as I ate outside of the shop elsewhere but there was plenty of seating! Recommend!”

“What a splendid place. The Old Hat in West Ealing is a delightful pub with two large bars and an expansive beer garden complete with a very friendly pub cat. A great range of keg beers. Only one cask ale available during my visit. Great staff and a good cold pint of lager, much enjoyed! This place is well worth a visit.”

“All the way from South Africa & just looking for some good food & drink before a long trip back home, I stumbled across Big Smoke Taphouse at London Heathrow Terminal 2 & had the absolute privilege of meeting Savio, the server who knew very well I struggling with the QR Code version menu & was eager to assist me & simplify my order & dining experience. Savio was extremely friendly, helpful & patient as we took our time to go through the hard copy menus & eventually opted for Tex Mex Tacos, Pork Burnt Ends, Some Onion Rings & 2 glasses of wine. I was pleasantly surprised with the bursting flavors of the all the food, especially the smokiness of the pork burnt ends & most especially encountering very bland food in England overall, LOL. “I had a great experience at The Globe Pub & Kitchen, Terminal 5 Heathrow. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. In such a busy airport environment, the staff, especially Neckly, really made me feel comfortable and well looked after. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the food and drinks were excellent. “Stopped here for a bite to eat while waiting for my flight, honestly, I'm pretty shocked at the low review of this place, it was pretty good! I decided to get the meat pie of the day which was a steak pie and it came with gravy, mashed potatoes and heated greens. For an airport, I don't know what more you could ask for. Sure, it was pricy, loud, and busy, but it's an airport. If you're here looking for a luxury quant experience I suggest touching grass instead.”

“Great little pub this. The staff are great, it wasn’t so busy and I can could pay up in front for my drinks and have then at my pace. I had the lamb chops but I forgot to take pictures but I manage to get a picture of the menu. Great food. It’s kind of like Prince of Wales from Southall.”

“I went in yesterday for a small plate of breakfast - specifically hash browns and a fried egg. The coffee was free refills and it was all reasonably priced, came quickly and with a smile. Great service. I then left my kindle on the table so called the restaurant. Clayton very kindly contacted me to arrange for the kindle to be sent by post or picked up. In the end, he worked out a solution with my brother for him to pick it up and I couldn't be happier. Such a kindness and thank you! Happy new year!”

“Cozy pub with a fantastic view, great food and friendly service. Iyane and her colleagues were lovely. The plant-based burger with chips was delicious, without onion or garlic, and a good-sized portion, not too large or too small. The Cointreau hot-chocolate was perfect, not too sweet.”

“After a string of bad reviews I expected a slow, painful affair - but nope, am pleased to report that I had a great meal here, exactly what a weary traveler hopes for. Regarding the food, I give a particular shoutout to the Indian items. I can never get it spicy enough, and while not overwhelming, my request for “as hot as possible” yielded a respectable level of heat and lots of fresh peppers added (delicious!). Service was quick and pleasant, everything came out fairly briskly. They definitely have a captive audience but this was one satisfied customer.”

“The last stop before you fly. Staff are always genuinely friendly, genuinely having a good laugh working there, and it creates a nice atmosphere in a place which has no right to have any. Food is nice, they try various new selections and such which is a good touch for a 'convenience' pub. Decor's done well, despite the industrial setting.”
