“Awesome local cafe. The chicken curry is delicious and has been the same for many years. Good portions and hygiene. Could be a bit friendlier. Been going here a long time even after moving, when we visit the area, we pop in for food.”

“This is my new favourite cafe!! It's got so much better over time. I must Go there atleast once a week or I start missing it!!! Have tried a lot of other cafes but this is the best one so far. “The best kabab shop I can suggest to one .The food was absolutely amazing! Every dish was bursting with flavor, and the presentation was beautiful. I ordered chicken shish with a meal and it was cooked to perfection and was a delightful surprise. Highly recommended”

“I love this pub alot, great owner/bar staff, great atmosphere, old fashioned with beams n' all, fireplace, nice garden, a pool table and a jukebox. My only complaint is that there isn't a free cash machine in there because its cash only, I have to go to the local tesco just to get some out and have a drink”

“Superb little boozer. Met a mate there for a beer, never been there before. I think this is what people that don't go to pubs imagine an old English boozer is like...punters respectful and polite, ok prices, lots of chatting and laughter, everyone welcome. Old fashioned English pub. Remember pubs like this from years ago. Yes dodgy music and staff were busy. Would I go again/recommend? Absolutely... going to take more of us next time. Location is subjective of course but for me, walk 10 mins, train 8 mins, walk 2mins for a hidden gem. Perfect!”

“Nice meal out with the family..... We came down for our girlfriends aunts birthday, which was at a different venue, however on our second night we had food here which was fantastic, came out quick and pipping hot! Before leaving we had breakfast which again was cooked to order (which I prefer) all the team that we spoke to was awesome, chatty and smiley! We will definitely be seeing you all again soon when we next come down. Highly recommend, 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“My formal night on the 13th May was held at this venue and although it took many months to organise, I was very impressed with the table service on the night, the food was amazing (which I had sampled with the head chef previous to the formal night) and the marquee had been decorated to a high standard which was organised by Mark and Pooja (the coordinators for that night). I would highly recommend this venue as all of my guests were very happy with the food and service as well as the ample parking space and great reception from the staff.”
