“Took my BMW for MOT, brake pads replacement & service, also I’ve had problem with my air condition it didn’t work - last year took my car to other car garage in Croydon who call themselves BMW specialists and told them about air condition And when I came to collect my car they’ve told me that they looked at the air condition and told me what I already knew that it doesn’t work And charged me £50 for telling me that. They’ve Told me that whole dash board needs to be removed in order to Spot the issue and it may be a matter of hundreds of pounds. Mr Kabir personally took a care of my car He’s highly skilled Mechanic with tons of experience and he knows BMW’s inside out. From making an initial enquire via email (promptly answered), receiving a quote for the work needed, receiving an update on when the work was complete to making payment and collecting my cars (2 cars have been taken here so far at different points), I would find it a struggle to go somewhere else. As of recently, they were very very understanding regarding a payment issue, which can be stressful for both sides the customer and garage, but they were understanding and not aggressive in any manner. “Any time you use a new garage you're always a bit wary and this was no different - I have always stuck to what I know. However when the manufacturer issues a recall notice you have to go to an approved dealer. Kinghams were my closest. Staff were friendly on the telephone making the booking, you get confirmation by text (and a reminder) and I found them to be helpful and knowledgeable in person. During the day I received 2 videos of the work being carried out (airbag replacement) and a call to let me know when the work was completed. Overall a positive experience (and a nice shiny car on collection)”

“Booked MoT through bookmygarage website and it was not displayed that I should book the time slot by calling the garage. I could have guessed that myself but when I couldn’t leave the car for the whole day as they requested when I turned up they booked me for the next day and I was done within an hour. Overall very pleasant experience I can say. The car mechanic guy who was helping with lights was very very very nice! The guys sitting at the desk wasn’t either nice nor rude but just a bit “I don’t give a thing”. Which isn’t bad either obviously you just always want people who do care a lot but I can’t tell the job was done well and at super good price so no reason to complain at all! :)”
