I drove to Car Doctor, and after a phone conversation, Harry promised to call me as soon as he checked what was wrong with the car and give me an estimate. Exactly at the agreed time, Harry called and said the car could be fixed the same day. A few hours later, the car was ready to collect. The price was reasonable and the service was very friendly. I highly recommend Car Doctor.”

I came in worried, as I’d just been told elsewhere that the car battery I’d bought wasn’t the right fit for my car. The young man reassured me that it was the correct type and explained it clearly, which really put me at ease. Rodie then fitted the battery quickly, with great professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness, and also advised me on a charger. Both were easy to talk to, polite, and made what started as a stressful situation into a very positive experience.
